Technical integration in the car or prototypes is therefore the decisive proof of concept. To do this, we pull out all the stops.

System Integration & Validation encompasses a wide range of competencies. These include test rig construction, test vehicles as well as active testing on the test bench and vehicle testing. We offer:

Test system technology

  • Master racks, laboratory vehicles and HIL simulators: Planning, construction and drive support, comfort or infotainment systems with simulation interface
  • Test racks: Planning and constructing single or domain test systems (infotainment / connect)
  • Test and flight case: portable test systems for infotainment and measurement technology
  • Test cable assemblies: Planning and producing sample and table line sets, prototypes, cable adapters

System and function protection

  • Company-wide software assurance: software assurance for vehicle control units at the HiLinkl level. Component, integration, system and networked tests.
  • Diagnostic Implementation & Protection: implementing the OBD & diagnostic specification based on functional hardware requirements including corresponding protocol protection
  • HIL test automation: creation, execution and analysis of tests on HiL simulators and other semi-automated / fully automated test benches
  • Test concepts & Testing: design of test bed systems in the HiL environment in cooperation with test system technology and specialist departments. Test operation and execution for all vehicle projects and ECUs

  • Construction of simulators: a. for driver assistance functions, ergonomics examinations and subject studies
  • Mechanical conception and construction of test systems
  • Concept development, design and construction of exhibits in the infotainment and interior area: seat boxes, columns, demonstrators
  • Vehicle update/remodelling: updating ECUs of prototype and production vehicles to current software releases and parameters. Integrating development hardware into technology carriers and production vehicles
