Accompanying the development/series support – tracking validation of new software releases in existing interconnected electrical systems

Sound and acoustics:
Implementing installation space analysis, electrical and acoustic measurement of sound systems, coordinating the sound system on the appropriate headset, advisory activities for designing sound systems, using acoustical tools and equipment (HeadAkustik, ACTRAN, Klippel, Acqua), developing exterior sound.

Energy Systems & Electrification

Development:
Development, production, application and integration of lithium-ion energy storage systems, battery management systems, converter and inverter systems, test systems, project management, requirements management, structural control and quality management.

Package & Design:
Preparation and series development of various energy storage systems, planning and support of series development processes (approvals P, B, K), implementation of DMU and installation space analyses, technical interface between Audi and suppliers, production-oriented 3D-CAD construction, standard-compliant drawing production and technology investigations.

Testing energy systems:
Creation of test specification, parameter adjustments of application software, board testing, vehicle testing, fault documentation, vehicle update, single cell test, chemical cell analysis, cell module protection, impedance spectroscopy, battery system test, component protection, functional protection, vibration test (shaker), programming of automated test procedures.
